2024/2025 MSO Season
Season Preparation: ​Please fill out the 2024-25 member information form (below) so we have your correct contact information as well as your intent to return to the symphony. This will help us plan for each coming season.
Members are asked to review and acknow-ledge the Meridian Symphony Orchestra Artistic Policy each season.
Requesting Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets for family members may be requested for each concert. The online ticket request link is typically emailed to members in the weeks immediately before each concert.
Comp tickets which have been requested will be handed out to members the rehearsal prior to each concert. Comp ticket holders may go straight to the auditorium entrance and present their ticket to the usher without stopping at the ticket counter.
Reporting Absences: Complete the following form which notifies your Section Leader, the Personnel Manager, and the Artistic Director that you will be missing a rehearsal or performance.

Rehearsals​
Day and Time: Rehearsals are held each Monday from 7:00 to 9:15 pm, during the performance season
Rehearsal Location: Meridian High School band room (use Gymnasium/Auditorium entrance), Address is 1900 W. Pine Avenue in Meridian.​​

Volunteer Needs​
As a volunteer organization, the MSO is grateful to patrons and family members of our musicians who volunteer in many areas. Please consider using your time and experience to assist the Symphony. in one of these, or another area.

Concert Setup and Tear Down: Additional volunteers are needed to help the orchestra members setup and/or tear down each concert day.. Family members or friends of the orchestra are welcome to assist. Contact the MSO Personnel Manager for details..

Concert Days/Front of House: Contact board member, Annette Matlock, to help with the lobby before concerts. Volunteers are needed to sell tickets, take tickets at the door, hand out programs, and direct attendees as they arrive and are seated.
